"This a very nice and clean and friendly Hotel. The two women at the desk didn't speak much spanish but they did OK with that. The one man behind the desk spoke very well. I wouldn't complain about much but I could say this: (and this applies only to the room I was in...105) The switch to turn on the lights by the bed was not easy to reach and was all the way on the other side of the bed. Not a big deal, just a little anoying when you sleep on the middle or the side clostest to the bathroom. The Shower could use a rubber mat on the floor as you get out. It was super slippery. I couldn't find any english speaking TV channels and the staff didn't know either. No big deal, I was able to entertain myself with my cell phone and my laptop. I did want to lay in bed and watch TV though. I guess I could have had room service if I asked for it but there wasn't one of those things to hang on the door handle. It was OK, I only stayed there 5 nights. Really good restaurants within walking distance. It is close to downtown for shopping. Getting a cab was easy for longer distances. Close to a supermarket and drug store. The place is fairly new so I think they are still doing things like reading this to make it even better. I will defineatly be staying there again."

"Amazing location close to almost everything you might need. It is clean and well managed, while the crew is diligent and hardworking. A bit overpriced and with no breakfast compared to the hostel they have in place. But the morning coffee and social area makes it a great place to be."
