Me hubiese gustado saber que contaban con transporte de la estación al hotel ya que a la llegada no tuvimos como llegar y todos los taxis estaban apartados. No recibí desde que reserve hace 6 meses ningún mensaje del hotel comunicando esto que hubiese hecho mi experiencia de llegada mucho más agradable. Tuvimos que pagar a un señor que nos llevara. Las instalaciones muy bonitas la habitación muy grande pero un poco descuidada la limpieza algunas telarañas y polvo. El personal un poco distante pero amable. El show del zorro te lo venden como algo espectacular y realmente el show lo hacen los comensales a quienes los obligan a pararse a bailar aunque no quieran y ya se encuentren a mitad de sus alimentos. El Zorro solo se dedica a decir unas pocas palabras pone a todo mundo a bailar y se despide creo que todos esperábamos mucho más. Las bebidas en la alberca son muy caras al igual que si pides una botella de agua para la habitación es carísima.

Opinión sincera

Al momento de reservar no se especifica que se considere dentro de la misma propiedad como 2 hoteles, por lo que al llegar fue decepcionante ver que la habitación era una externa en la calle totalmente, que no te hacía disfrutar de lo temático del lugar y te exponía a tener que estar entrando y saliendo de la puerta del cuarto a la calle directamente por lo que tuvimos que pagar una diferencia considerable para el cambio de habitación. El hotel tiene convenio con múltiples grupos de tour por lo que fue incómodo al momento de llegar ya que además la prioridad de atención era hacia ellos. El show del zorro es solo para atraer gente, ya que te hacen pagar 200 al inicio deducible de consumo, con un menú exageradamente caro, con mala calidad de comida y el show consiste en 2 personas que bailan un rato. El hotel es más un museo donde te puedes hospedar en habitaciones con muebles antiguos originales y cuenta con cosas históricas muy interesantes, vale la pena la experiencia pero 1 noche y 1 sola vez en la vida, sin invertir en ninguna otra cosa del hotel.

El hotel me gusto mucho, el servicio del bar y del restaurante tambien. Las señoritas de la recepcion muy amables. Olvide un chaleco en la habitación hable al otro día para comunicarles esto y la persona que respondio dijo que no habia nada por lo que no se quien fue la persona que lo robo porque se quedo colgado en una de las sillas.
