"Reasons for only one star (but some. Hope at he end): - dirty linens, no top sheet on 3 of 3 rooms and one of our three rooms had no blankets, despite cold weather - No hot water during the complete stay - filthy stairs and common rooms in one building. This was under refurbishment, but nobody cared about the guests - breakfast was not edible for Norwegians - staff saying problems would be fixed quickly, but nothing happened, again and again - obvious fake reviews on the site. "We have the best view our room overlook the Red Sea. The pool was clean and the property was spectacular. The only thing the property miss out is the sunset. I love the property very very beautiful hotel. Staff are helpful and rooms is clean. Breakfast is awesome."
