"Reasons for only one star (but some. Hope at he end):
- dirty linens, no top sheet on 3 of 3 rooms and one of our three rooms had no blankets, despite cold weather
- No hot water during the complete stay
- filthy stairs and common rooms in one building. This was under refurbishment, but nobody cared about the guests
- breakfast was not edible for Norwegians
- staff saying problems would be fixed quickly, but nothing happened, again and again
- obvious fake reviews on the site. Disgusting!

"This was genuinely one of the finest hotel stays we’ve experienced. From arrival to departure, every aspect exceeded expectations.
The location is absolutely ideal—perfectly positioned to access everything El Gouna has to offer.
The resort itself delivers everything you’d expect from a premium five-star property: beautifully appointed suites, excellent dining options, and most importantly, a team of staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction.
Special recognition must go to Ms Nermeen and the entire Guest Experience Ambassador team, who provided exceptional, personalized service throughout our stay. They were consistently attentive—anticipating our needs, answering questions promptly, and going well beyond standard service to ensure we had a memorable experience.
We would return without hesitation. Highly recommended."
"Hotel is pretty straightforward - small, clean and practical room. The staff were very friendly, but clearly not the top of the service pool. We could hear the housekeeping staff arguing in the neighboring room on our second day using pretty foul language. I requested an extra clean towel from. The housekeeping staff, he reached into a linen bag on the floor to grab me a towel from a large heap of towels. Some noise from the Marina, but I guess that's normal given we were there during peak season. "
"Had a lovely time at the hotel with my family, very good swimming pool, good selections of buffet food at meal times especially breakfast, staff friendly and helpfull.
Only downside for us was the apartments were out of the hotel complex, was neighbouring and the security did not feel as good as the hotels, a short walk into hotel conplex which did not bother us, but would be abit more difficult for people with accessibility issues"
