"Reasons for only one star (but some. Hope at he end): - dirty linens, no top sheet on 3 of 3 rooms and one of our three rooms had no blankets, despite cold weather - No hot water during the complete stay - filthy stairs and common rooms in one building. This was under refurbishment, but nobody cared about the guests - breakfast was not edible for Norwegians - staff saying problems would be fixed quickly, but nothing happened, again and again - obvious fake reviews on the site. The location is absolutely ideal—perfectly positioned to access everything El Gouna has to offer. The resort itself delivers everything you’d expect from a premium five-star property: beautifully appointed suites, excellent dining options, and most importantly, a team of staff who genuinely care about guest satisfaction. Special recognition must go to Ms Nermeen and the entire Guest Experience Ambassador team, who provided exceptional, personalized service throughout our stay.
