"The food was terrible and unsatisfying; it was reheated, not fresh. There was in my room only one tea bag, sugar, and hand soap. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or any other toiletries. I called reception to ask for some hot drinks, like a packet of Nescafe, but no one brought anything. I won't be coming again."
