"Not only was this the best property we stayed at in Morocco, but it was hands down the best accommodation I've ever experienced! We stayed in a large family suite and extended our visit. The room was absolutely stunning, the staff were friendly and always available. The serene courtyard helped us ..."
"Beautiful riad with friendly, hospitable staff. The patio is a serene oasis where you can sit and sip mint tea and just soak in the atmosphere. The rooms are all styled uniquely and are sophisticated and tasteful. Amenities are fully provided. You could really just spend the entire day within the ..."
"We have stayed here during 2 visits to El Jadida, Morocco. Both have been great stays. It's centrally located within 150 metres of the old city. Many good reataurants in the area and close to the market area. Clean and quiet with a wonderful moroccan breakfast, including freshly squeezed orange juice. ..."

This place has fallen on hard times
"So obviously the hotel industry is hurt during the pandemic, but the description of this hotel is misleading. It promised bottled water and welcome drinks: neither were available as the hotel doesn’t have the money for it anymore. In the room I was in was an ant graveyard - countless dead ants over ..."
"On ne peut espérer mieux ! Propriétaires d’une grande gentillesse. Cette grande et magnifique maison placée idéalement dans la cité fortifiée répond à toutes les attentes. À conseiller sans hésitation."
"The Riad is very pretty. It was quiet at night and mostly during the day. The parking is around the Church inside the wall. We parked outside because we didn't know you could drive in. We are looking for a place to relax and it was perfect. The bottom floor has one toilet and one shower, the next ..."

Bonito y sucio
"El alojamiento es la última planta (ático) de un bloque de vecinos. Nos dieron al llegar un apartamento, nosotras habíamos reservado una habitación. La verdad es que no estaba nada limpio, la cama muy incómoda, al día siguiente el baño olía muy mal, y pedimos cambiarnos a una habitación que dejaban ..."

"I stayed one night in El Jadida as I needed to keep moving around on my trip in Morocco. The accommodation was nice with just a few things that needed to be attended to: no toilet paper when I arrived (10.30pm), Wifi would not work for my phone for some reason which was annoying as I needed it to ..."
"Riad excellent quality and atmosphere. Immediate area not so great but easy walk to lively shopping and café area for locals and Portuguese fort for the tourists. Didn't see much of the new city but El Jadida seems very overrated - very much a construction sitre."

"Not only was this the best property we stayed at in Morocco, but it was hands down the best accommodation I've ever experienced! We stayed in a large family suite and extended our visit. The room was absolutely stunning, the staff were friendly and always available. The serene courtyard helped us feel miles away from civilization - it was the perfect start to our week long Moroccan vacation. We were able to decompress before our adventure.
The city of El Jadida was also wonderful because it wasn't filled with tourists."

"So obviously the hotel industry is hurt during the pandemic, but the description of this hotel is misleading. It promised bottled water and welcome drinks: neither were available as the hotel doesn’t have the money for it anymore. In the room I was in was an ant graveyard - countless dead ants over all surfaces (counter, toilet, shower, toilet paper, even some in the bed). I spent the first 30 minutes of my stay cleaning up the room with sanitary wipes. Grime, cobwebs, and dead ants covered wipe after wipe. No TVs in the hotel work on account of lack of money. All the lightbulbs in my room were missing due to lack of income. It’s clear this place has fallen on hard times but it’s a farce to still call it a 3.5 star hotel. The location, however, is perfect as you’re in a 16th century Portuguese fortress "
