"Overall we enjoyed our stay in Fes. The riad makes a great first impression—the courtyard is beautiful, and the rooftop has great views and is a really nice spot for breakfast. Our room on the main level wasn’t ideal. The windows opened straight into the lobby, so it didn’t feel very private, and we could hear a lot of conversation through the vents (and assumed the same the other way). The bathroom also had some issues. The shower wasn’t really usable without water spraying everywhere, and the space isn’t set up well for that. The staff were friendly and helpful overall. That said, some of the upselling felt a bit deceptive, which took away slightly from the experience."

"There was nothing particularly wrong with this place but my mistake was having booked the single room. Let's just say it was a very, very small room with a bathroom just about the size of a closet. Another issue is the fact that the wifi was quite weak, at times so slow as to be non-functional. I could have probably just asked to move to a larger room but I just chose to pay more to go to another riad."

"Staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was great, everything was pristinely clean and the room was beautiful. We were sad to leave! The Riad is on the edge of the medina which means it is quiet, but it is worth contacting the Riad when you first arrive, especially if it’s night time, to meet you at the nearest gate. They’re very happy to help! "

"The host was absolutely brilliant! They were so accessible and accommodating, the property was beautiful filled with unique and interesting features. Felt like we were staying with friends! I wish there were more properties like this. Location was very convenient. Loved it!!"

"I did not get the room I booked, the bathroom smelt of sewage and the room standard was not good. I have since attempted to contact the property and they have not done anything to make up for this. The pool area seemed okay but I did not try this out"
