"The hotel has a great history and is conveniently in the Omaha downtown district. Our stay was pleasant, but it seems to us the hotel has greater potential with more investment in the property. The fee for parking in the hotel parking lot was ~$30 / night and we found easy public parking on the street for $6 / day (9am - 9pm, no charge overnight or all day Sunday)."

"Construction downtown made parking a huge challenge. This is not the fault of the hotel, but it is a problem. Also, they discontinued valet, which is one reason I chose the hotel in light of the construction. "

"We travel with a dog and we love the welcoming attitude. We love the large open areas where we can walk inside and the park area outside is fabulous. Food is available in the hotel and within easy walking distance in the Old Market. Plus, it's easy to get back on the road. We've stayed there several times and would definitely stay again. "

"The house was clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating. This location perfect for a trip to the zoo, but it is also close to multiple other sights and experiences. "

"The two best things about this property are:1. Bang for your buck. This house easily accommodated my family of eight. From the large couch to large dining room table to the large yard. We never felt squeezed in. And our wallet didn’t feel the squeeze either. 2. Location Location Location. It was about a three minute drive to the zoo and maybe ten minutes tops downtown. Both trips involved about three turns on lightly traveled roads. House was also close to the interstate for trips to the west side or to cross the river to Council Bluffs"
