"First off, I will say that the staff is exceptional here. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed mold in the shower and around the sink. The room itself was just dirty. Our phone in the room wasn't working as well. We spoke with the hotel staff and they upgraded us to another room which was helpful, however we discovered the bigger the room, the bigger the mold problem was. We realized this was probably going on in every room here. We did appreciate the staff and their willingness to try to find a solution. This hotel needs upkeeping for sure."

"Yes, Yes, this was my second time staying at this Resort, I love everything about it, your Staff are all wonderful and amazing! I love the peace and quiet of this location. I will return in the future, I will tell my family and friends to stay here when they visit the Philippines. "It was an amazing trip and stayed at Doublegem for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff are very helpful and organized. We love the breakfast as well As we are all excited to be the first in line As we read the other Reviews that the breakfast are no good but actually its the best. It’s combination of local Philippines food and typical international breakfast food which is fabulous. My family really enjoyed and so am i with our stayed at this place. We also love the infinity pool which we really enjoyed as well after our day tour into The beaches. Highly recommended will definitely stayed to this place again in the future. The staff are very helpful "

"What a wonderful stay we had in the Jaglo 1 Villa. From the check-in to the checkout, everything was absolutely wonderful. The Philippines spirit of hospitality is very apparent and the staff goes out of their way to make their guests very happy. I would highly recommend staying here for anybody visiting El Nido. Be aware it is on a mountain side so very hilly. If you cannot walk comfortably up hills and down hills, you will struggle to stay at this property. Thank you again to the entire team at Karuna!!!"
