"We always enjoy the pool There is always plenty seating around it , in or out of the shade. Our only disappointment on this stay was the restaurant. Last year the food was excellent. This year we found it overcooked and not very well presented The WiFi was okay but when we had a bit of an emergency with no water the morning we were leaving we found the phone had no cord so had to get dressed and go to front desk. The power then went out so no lift to get back to our room"

"This was our second trip to this resort, the rooms, pools, restaurants, &bars have all been updated. Great location and friendly staff. The beach feels private and you can enjoy the wildlife anywhere you go. Highly recommend for adults and kids. If you’re booking through Expedia and get round-trip transportation, I recommend that you touch base with the company a day or two before you travel back to the airport just to check in so they know your pick up time. They sit next to the main stage in the morning."

"This resort deserves a 1 star, that is because of the geographical location and the views, otherwise would be a zero. Its a rundown place, no upgrades here for a long time. Food selection very poor all week long, rice,beans, one kind of meet. No wine available, they run out of tquila, beer, towels. Skunks under the deck around main bar, some night stinks. Beach around resort is dirty, chairs are disgusting. People are friendly, nothing they can do about the issues. There is a reason why this resort is only on Expedia."

"If you’re going for the views & the pool - it’s a great hotel. With that said the rooms need a full renovation. The AC leaks, the bathroom is very run down and the room has no furniture (other than a bed). The rooms are not great. Also - locals crash the pool (especially at sun set) and the hotel doesn’t do anything about it - making chairs sometimes hard to get. The AM breakfast was good though. "

"People are super friendly, rooms are big and clean, food at the all inclusive package is totally worth it. There are 2 main restaurants where you can have à la carte food and they have good options and variety. The beachfront advertisements are for real, you literally walk 20 steps to the beach"
