Big gap between the exterior door and the wall.
We had 4 people in the room - me, husband, 2 boys. The beds were shifted in a way that I had to climb over the air conditioning unit to get to my side of the bed. Plenty of room on the other side to balance the beds evenly
Nice hotel, great staff! The pool and hot tub were out of order when I arrived - sadly it was the only reason I booked this hotel over a slightly cheaper hotel, and I paid in advance. Leo's Mexican food (great food) is a 5 minute walk away.
We enjoyed our visit there, relaxing and playing at the pool 🏊, room it was clean and confortable, very kind and friendly persons in the front desk, recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thanks!!!
Nice accomodating staff. The missed cleaning my room one day, but no issues after. Nice clean room and was a comfortable stay. Breakfast could have been a little better, but not bad for free.

I needed a place to crash while visiting my brother and his family in El Paso. This hotel is near his house and the price was right. Delightful home away from home.
Hotel was close to shopping and dining. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Parking was free and convenient.

Ok but won't go back for the money spent.
Let me start off by saying we have stayed in this exact hotel a couple years ago. The hotel lobby was clean and updated as was the last time and the pool area was clean as before. However; the handicap accessible pool equipment didn't work and it creates a difficult time getting in and out of the pool or hottub. The bathroom fixtures are rusting and corroded and blocked due to the high calcium in our water here. Our room had a checkin time of 3pm and we showed up at 5pm and still had to wait a few minutes before given access to our room due to a late checkout at 4pm. Don't let people do a late checkout past let's say 1pm 2 pm at the latest so the rooms are ready for the next guest. Room was so strong of cleaning chemicals when we got in the room and the mirrors where streaked up from cleaning them, not sure what was used on them but they were streaky.
It was a very pleasant stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They room was clean and comfortable . They should begin doing some updating to their restrooms to meet ADA standards starting with the toilet which is not the new standard height. It would not be difficult to add a shower head with a hose . Addressing these minor concerns will go a long way and help Marriott and customers.

Also, we do have the required amount of guestrooms that meet all ADA criteria, when a guest requests that specific type. I'm sorry I do not see that was booked or requested when reservation was made.
