"This facility has gone down hill since we stayed there several years ago. I had to press to understand how the deposit is not applied to your total bill but only re-credited 2 to 3 days after your stay. I assume this is to make sure you left the room in good shape and didn't damage or steal anything. Also, we were not told that housekeeping only came very 3 days to clean/freshen up your room. No daily emptying of trash cans or replacing coffee packets. You had to ask. A portion of the floorboard outside the bathroom needed repair and our outside view to the parking lot was blocked by a flatbed carrier. Our first night, the outside gate card reader from the parking lot to the interior grounds didn't work correctly and I had to make several visits to the front desk.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and the breakfast - while limited - was fine. Bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and hot water.
We won't stay here again."
