Just steps from Chapoteo Water Park and a short walk to Del Sol Medical Center, this home is ideal for families, medical visitors, or travelers on the go. You're only 4 minutes from The Fountains and 1 minute from I-10, giving you quick access to shopping, dining, and major routes.

With refrigerated air, a spacious lot, and modern comfort, Casa Del Sol is the perfect place to relax and recharge in El Paso.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for neighbors in our peaceful, family-friendly community.
