All bedrooms are located upstairs and each offer a view to a significant landmark of the border area. Parking is street area in a calm safe neighborhood. carriage house has frosted glass for privacy to main home. Security camera face alley, yard and street view no indoor cameras. No parties allowed
Please don’t set A/C below 69. That will freeze condenser and unit will shut off. Unit Safety mechanism in place. Temp at 75 upon arrival you set pref
