The kitchen is equipped for regular cooking, while the washer and dryer make longer visits more convenient. One of the bedrooms includes a sliding door that opens directly to a small outdoor seating area. This area is located just in front of the two designated parking spaces, making loading, unloading, and daily access especially easy.

Guests have full private access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, the bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry area, and private entrance. No interior spaces are shared with other guests. Self check in with keypad access allows for an easy and flexible arrival.
