One of the worst experiences with this hotel brand. I rented two rooms and one didn’t have a working TV, when i reported it twice I was told they made a note in the system, I didn’t push it because it was a holiday, but when i retuned the day after the holiday I was told by someone else that the TV was never gonna be fixed and there were no notes. So the front desk person lied instead of offering me other options. Also cleaning service was poorly done. Their intent to remediate a bad experience was none existent. Oh and to top it off. They told me since I booked with Expedia they couldn’t do anything. So pretty much discouraging the use of Expedia.

When I got to the property the room was not ready although it was after check in. Considering the property is new, the bathrooms feel they are cheaply put together and not super clean. The surrounding area is still under a lot of construction and even though shopping is convenient the area has a lot of traffic.

Customer service was excellent. All staff greeted us upon approach and were friendly with a smile. Breakfast was great with exception to the paper thin, heat and serve bacon. That’s the only thing I would change in regard to breakfast, but that’s a personal preference. We like thick sliced, real bacon in Tennessee. Everything was clean. The shower was large, with good water pressure. Bed linens were nice and bed was comfortable. The only real complaint that I have, and the reason for four out of five stars with comfort would be the smoke alarm. The mini strobe like blinking every 10 seconds right over the bed did not make falling asleep the easiest. Had I been tall enough to reach the ceiling to somehow cover the light up, I would’ve.

No pet floors.

Appreciated staying in a pet free floor room. One of my most relaxing rooms during my vacation trip of 8 days and intervals of 8-9 hours driving. Breakfast was just right and servers were the best.
