I love this hotel. Close to Basset Center to do shopping and head to Imax theater. And close to Carlos & Mickeys restaurant.

So when we first got there some crazy man scared my kids and they cried, as he was yelling at us racial slurs. The guy in the front was helpful and said he was staying there but would talk to him. Front staff very nice but we were scared to bump into him again each time we had to get in or out of the elevator. Internet did not work the whole time we were there, breakfast options were ok. The pool and room were very nice though.

Typical hotel that lies about amenities. I paid more money for this hotel specifically because they advertised a gym. When I get here I find out it's closed. Looking at reviews it appears it's been closed for months. I should be getting some sort of discount because of this.

Buena mas no la mejor opcion del paso.

Hotel con buena ubicación, entre la I-10 East y Montana. Con lo básico para pasar una o dos noches cuando mucho. Incluye desayuno super básico para iniciar tu mañana. Las cámas son cómodas, y tiene buen aire acondicionado. Como área de oportunidad NO tiene extractor en el baño ni ventilación para el vapor de la regadera. La alberca no estaba disponible "por temporada".

This property is very expensive for very little. There was no breakfast, no channels on TV to even watch a movie or news. The room was not as clean as it could’ve been. I would not recommend this to anyone. I plan to get my money back.

The hotel room was very dusty. The fridge did not work, there was no basic cable. There was no door hanger to let the staff know if you do not want to be disturbed, so the staff walked into my room whether i wanted it or not. My room was on the third floor and it was hot, hot hot!
