It is also within walking distance from The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus and Las Palmas Medical Center.

Close to UTEP

Property was very clean and well apporpriated. Owner was very accessible and helpful with messaging. Very spacious and just 2 blocks from Mesa St. and UTEP campus. The only negatives we had were the hot water took very long to arrive when showering and the main bath shower pressure was very low and couldn't easily get shampoo out of hair. Also, the primary bedroom mattress was too hard for our liking- would recommend a cooling mattress pad. The NEST thermostat our first night self-adjusted to higher temperature during the night making the upstairs very warm by the morning. The walk between the unit and Mesa street at night does not have adequate street lights- be careful to not fall on sidewalk cracks and my wife didn't feel safe walking alone in the neighborhood at night.Overall- great experience and would highly recommend this unit.

The house was absolutely beautiful — very clean, stylish, and cozy. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Communication was smooth and easy from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
