"The room was a little dated for us, it was noisy when someone walked around at night , stairs were little steep. The staff was very friendly loved the scenic views. Overall good place to stay. "

"The Good: 1.The staff was fantastic, very helpful, caring and they beyond their way to help you, they all should get raises. 2. the location/amenities. The view is breathtaking and the pool/jacuzzi and sauna are all amazing and clean. The Bad: 1. the standard room is horribly designed. The bed is very small and has no outlets nearby to charge your phones/electronics. I kept waking up in the middle of the night because I hit my head on the wooden area next to it. 2. There is no working wifi in the room. the only signal you would get is if you walk near the entrance. 3. All the drains got flooded. The 2 sinks and the shower drain got clogged up immediately. and flooded the bathroom. 4. There was no hot water on our last day of our visit. Since this hotel was in the mountains it was extremely cold and showering with ice cold water was our only option as we had to get up very early and no1 was available to help. "

"Habitacion limpia, baño con agua caliente, cocina equipada por si quieres cocinar tu mismo, refrigerador y un ventilador (por si esta muy caluroso, no hay A/C). Muy buena la comida del restaurante y las atenciones de los jovenes. Mi unica queja: las batas de baño estaban muy desgastadas al igual que la tela de las sillas que estan en el balcon, sumado a esto, deben poner luces y arreglar el camino hacia las cabañas: Tuvimos que caminar hasta nuestra habitacion entre lodo (habia lloviido el dia antes) y alumbrando con celulares. Entiendo que es un concepto ecologico y resaltando lo natural, pero al menos los senderos a las habitaciones deberian estar en mejores condiciones para la comodidad y la seguridad de los inquilinos. Ah! No hay TV en las cabañas."
