Enjoy a courtyard with outdoor seating for 4 with table, Weber gas grill, and a relaxing Nordic hot tub under the wide New Mexico sky in a private courtyard.

This is a 1 bedroom guest house with two 65 inch TV screens,a king size bed, 1 bath with shower, the second bed is a new sleeper sofa. Large kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove and a full set of utensils. Kuerig and drip coffee pot. Plenty of towels provided with full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
You will have full access to the guest house. Completely private with no line of sight to or from main house. Enclosed courtyard is also very quiet and secluded from road or neighborhood.
