Basic Night

Overnight stop, the restaurant was closed, luckily one bar/restaurant was open in town, some knowledge of Spanish is a must.

We were only told that neither the bar nor the restaurant would be open when we asked what times they would be available at check-in. This is especially annoying when we specifically filter your listings for these as having to travel again to eat is not welcome after already having spent a day travelling and walking into the village along a main N-road at night is dangerous. The "superior" room isn't very big and the wi-fi is terrible in it. The shower light doesn't work and the nozzle is broken so sprays a single stream to the side, which we only discovered after the owner had left after checking us in. I would not recommend this place.

Todo genial. Nos esperaron a que llegásemos bastante tarde. La tele no funcionaba, pero no la usamos. Una de las camas hacía mucho ruido, pero ahí durmió el que menos se mueve de noche.

No vayas a este alojamiento, estás a tiempo!

Experiencia nefasta, las características contratadas en la descripción no se correspondían con la habitación del alojamiento. Habían mentido en la descripción para poder engañar a los clientes, ofreciendo unos servicios y unas calidades que nada tenían que ver con la realidad. Por supuesto el precio muy desorbitado en relación a las condiciones que ofrece el alojamiento. Camas antiguas y colchones pésimos, blandos y con muelles que se te clavan y hacen ruido. Paredes descorchadas, habitaciones viejas...no llegaría ni a la categoría de albergue. Es una pena que se engañe así a los clientes y se les fastidie de esta manera. Fuimos estafados y muy mal tratados por parte del alojamiento y Hoteles.com tampoco nos solucionó la estafa. Tuvimos que buscarnos la vida y por suerte Expedia, empresa a la que pertenece Hoteles.com, viendo las pruebas que teníamos de todo lo que he expuesto, nos devolvió el dinero y nos compensó, aunque el tiempo perdido y el disgusto no se puede solucionar.

Lo recomiendo.

Hotel rústico pero cómodo, estuvimos 2 noches 2 adultos y un niño y repetiría experiencia. El gerente no sé si será el dueño, super amable, un trato excelente. Lo recomiendo.

Las habitaciones ofertadas están en mal estado. Allí mismo té ofrec por 10 € más otra en mejor estado que no tiene alcachofa de ducha o no funciona la cisterna

Hotel con pocos detalles y menos soluciones

Desde el primer día no disponíamos de agua en la habitación, se lo comentamos en varias ocasiones al gerente del hotel y su respuesta era que estaba estropeada la bomba del agua, pero en ningún momento se nos ofreció cambiar de habitación o darnos por lo menos una botella de agua para lavarnos las manos y mucho menos poder utilizar el servicio.

Lamentable experiencia en hotel Tierrallana

Peor experiencia imposible. Empezando porque después de haberme cargado la estancia al contratar por la web de Hoteles.com, encima el incompetente recepcionista me volvió a cobrar para darme la habitación. Esto fue el día 27 de mayo y 10 días después aún no me han devuelto el doble cargo que me hicieron,. La habitación llena de mugre, el baño destartalado y por la noche imposible dormir entrando y saliendo gente a voz en grito porque no hay recepcionista de noche y cada uno hace lo que quiere.

Hôtel pour une étape

Cet hôtel est parfait pour une étape sur la route. Nous y avons dîné , le soir , et c'était très bien. Mais quand, sur le site voyages SNCF, on fait une recherche pour un hôtel sur Cuenca, il ne devrait pas être proposé. Il en est trop éloigné (140 kms de Cuenca). Nous n'avions pas pris le temps de contrôler la localisation et avons donc été très surpris. L'hôtel, lui, n'y est pour rien.
