Our air conditioned, 1 bedroom, 1 bath Casita is steps from the beach at Playa Santa Maria del Mar, Aposentillo, Nicaragua.

Enjoy uncrowded beaches, with warm water and lots of watersports activities.

Relax in our newly-built two-story rancho right on the beach or barbeque on its covered patio..

Prepare your own food in the Casita's own kitchen, call for delivery, or venture out to eat at one of the several restaurants within a short walk and/or drive.

Try out any of the multiple, well-known surf spots, take kayak, volcano or sandboarding tours or taste some of the world's finest rum at the Flor de Cana Distillery.
