"I really enjoyed the bar and outdoor area. I also got really good use out of the pool table in the lobby area. The staff was amazing, one in particular was very helpful and informative. Shoutouts to Ryan who was working the front desk. "

"I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast but the preparation and presentation more than made up for it. Parking was accessible from several entrance points. Guest laundry was also much appreciated. The overall cleanliness of the room ranks 3.5 because some cloth furnishings were stained and the paint on the bathroom ceiling was chipping/peeling. And as a side note unfortunaletly a heavy rain contributed to several rooms having to be closed due to flooding. "

"Breakfast was great. Eggs, toast, great job on the bacon! These blueberry scones that were yummy! The staff was very friendly and fun, and my kids played pool in the lobby. The weight room had a nice setup, and we didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. The rooms were clean and comfy. We were there 4/8/26-4/12/26. Everything looked new. Would stay there again. Great short vacation to visit colleges. Thanks!"

"Thank you! We had a really great stay with the exception of one thing- on Thursday, April 9 we came back to the hotel during the afternoon. Upon arrival, we discovered that our room keys had been deactivated and we couldn’t get into our room. I went to the front desk and told the person there and she re-activated our keys. When we entered our room, it was apparent that our bags had been looked through. Things were moved and taken out of our bags. Nothing seemed to have been taken but it was incredibly unnerving that our things had been touched and looked through. I reported the incident and was assured a manager would be notified but I wanted to also say something here. There are many many options for hotels in the area. This is our third stay at this location and we are disappointed that this happened."

"The hotel is very convenient to the airport & at a great price. Excellent restaurant on premises. The staff is very nice & helpful, & the shuttle bus driver was excellent. We stay here every time we have an early morning flight"
