"The location of the house was perfect for us. Joanne was amazing. She was very helpful and communicative, and we were happy to have her on the ground. We arrived at Blue Tang on Wednesday shortly after 1 pm. We discovered quickly that the water at the house was not working. At 10:30 pm we had enough water to flush the toilets and brush teeth, but not enough to shower. On Thursday morning, the water was off again and did not work until 6:45 pm. Joanne was kind enough to find us a place to shower on Thursday afternoon after two days of not being able to use the showers at Blue Tang. When we returned from dinner Thursday night the power was out and water did not work yet again. Again, Joanne was great and tried to ensure we were up and running as soon as possible, but we spent two days of our trip at Blue Tang without properly working water. Owner has not responded to two messages after the trip to address with me. It’s now been two months. Unfortunately, cannot recommend."
