The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "Spacious room in a great location. The breakfast was very enjoyable, and we slept well in our beds. Requesting an extra pillow was no problem. Very service minded and friendly staff. The only downside was the non-functioning pool and the somewhat outdated fitness facilities. A lot of the machines were down due to maintenance issues."

"Ich bin aus Costa Rica nach Lüneburg gereist, um die Weihnachtsmärkte zu besuchen, und hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage, ganz nah an der Altstadt und den Weihnachtsmärkten, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Lage macht wirklich den Unterschied, um die Stadt in der Weihnachtszeit in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Sehr empfehlenswert."

"Lüneburg ist immer eine Reise wert und das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, toller Empfang, saubere Zimmer- vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig- viele Ablagen. Das Parkhaus ist klein, aber bis jetzt hatten wir immer einen Parkplatz bekommen. Ganz toll die Minibar ist inklusive und die Leckerlis ( Stuten, Weingummi, Obst, Getränke ) beim Empfang. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder..."
