"Stayed for 3nts in a double room. Great location, perfect for exploring the city centre on foot, and only two minutes from Luceros tram stop and a bus stop if you want to explore further. Rooms were spacious and clean, with a decent sized bathroom and balcony. We had a double room, so no kitchenette or mini fridge in ours, but there are studios and one bedroom apartments available if you want them. We were on the 1st floor but if you're higher up, I would expect you'd have great views over the city too. It was great value too. We would return."

"Rooms cleaned with fresh towels and bedding daily, staff were great organising taxis multiple times a day. Breakfast was nice, fresh and good value. Staff were fab! We would come back again."

"Good value for money pretty central but not very clean, extremely noisy with banging doors and loud voices everywhere. Grumpy reception staff. No aircon, no fridge not much anyway.. massive hole in wardrobe and toilet sealing like it was about to collapse. But we didn’t stay at all inside just for a night sleep so for us cost was the most important bit"

"There was no air conditioning allowed in our room and most of the hotel and there was maintenance work going on around the hotel we were not informed about prior to our stay."

Has to ask forvtea and coffee facilities in our room 3 times, and a local home had a dog kept barking through the night, the staff were aware of this but it was relentlessly barking. Breakfast was just OK, the rooms were kept clean and the cleaning staff were great. Desk staff just OK. Good location and great to sit outside and have a relaxing coffee, highlight.."

"A fabulous hotel with immaculate decor. My room was very clean, with everything I needed, including a mini fridge. It's only a short taxi ride to/from the airport but a shuttle service would be even more convenient."

"The hotel’s location is fair. If you want to go to the beach, it takes about a 15–20 minute walk. The breakfast is good, with a nice selection of food. The room and bed are comfortable, making the stay pleasant overall."
