"This is a property right in town. We have stayed here several times, but I think this will be our last visit. Although the staff seems welcoming when you first arrive, we found that arriving early in the day and letting them know that we were in town, didn’t not facilitate getting into the room before check-in time at 4 o’clock. We checked back several times and they informed us that no rooms were ready finally at 3:15 we checked again even though we had asked them to please call or text us when the room was ready they let us know that. Yep indeed the room was ready. This is as I said a nice facility and is right in town. Unfortunately, the parking lot is not really large enough when the end is full and two nights we had to park in a parking garage a bit of a walk from the hotel. Having said all of this hotel is clean and well maintained of course it is right in town and you can walk to everything."

"Beautiful room, very clean and new. It was very bare in the room though. Breakfast from 8-10 and we went at 9:40, it was wiped out with nobody refilling so make sure you go early. Next day we went early and it was delicious! Hot tub was amazing which we used both nights. Overall, the views are gorgeous and highly recommend this hotel."

"Stayed in a suite for 2 nights on a visit to see the leaves change. Overall, there were no major complaints. The property appears antique but well maintained. The suite we stayed in looked freshly renovated and was very clean and well put together. The staff were friendly and helpful. I heard that the normal rooms and rest of the property as a whole are undergoing further maintenance and renovations, so I’m excited to see it again this time next year. It’s seated right in Manchester, so everything you need to get to is within a 10 min drive, extremely convenient. 4/5 overall, would stay again."
