"The condition of our room was poor. We chose this hotel based on its advertised quality and location; however, the room and facilities have not met reasonable expectations. We found cleanliness issues, including an unclean toilet, strong odors, visible moisture damage, and a bathtub in poor condition. Additionally, the valet parking service does not appear to provide the level of service described, despite the significant nightly fee. Given these issues, I do not believe we received the quality of accommodation we paid for."
