"I honestly didn’t feel it was worth the cost. The grounds were clean but there were random objects in the parking garage, refrigerators, supplies, etc which looked tacky. There were cobwebs in our bathroom otherwise room was clean Continental breakfast was alright Area is nice if you’re looking for coastal and relaxing. walkable to restaurants, beach and tram. Receptionist was friendly and customer service was good Patio is nice but view is of streets with ocean in the distant Not terrible but I wouldn’t stay again"

"We were in awe of this house and location! The parking lot was great for our two large SUVs. The walk down to the beach was the right kind of exercise pre-beach day. The stairs are not accessibility friendly … keep in mind. The host was great! Greeting us at the house for a quick run down of the home. We appreciated all communication and felt comfortable asking questions. A quick note that if all doors are left open along the deck, dogs have quite a large space to access, including being close to the 101 and main walkway for beach-goers. We used a few gates and bungee chord (thanks to host) to make a gate for my frenchie to keep him away from all the hubbub. House is stocked will all of the boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, floaties. All the things you could possibly need. Loved the shampoo and conditioner and brand new bar soap in each bathroom. My only thoughts are that the kitchen felt disorganized. It wasn’t automatically clear where to find things and the kitchen has an insane amount of storage. I also think the twin bedroom suit should be turned into the second master, with its own wing of the house and bathroom. The younger kids on the trip were spoiled with having a full bathroom while some of the adults had to walk across the hall. We would have loved a true double master. Overall, we would love to come back!"

"A cozy little cottage in Cardiff - exactly what we were in search of! Property was sparkling clean, well appointed - there was almost nothing we did not have that we needed. A few recommended improvements would make it 100% perfect. More full sized dinner plates - only four left me washing constantly. Lots of small salad plates and bowls - just need more large dinner plates. Exterior lighting was not great - back patio light fixture bulbs were very low wattage and one was burnt out. Landscape lighting was not functional, so patio and pool area were extremely dark. The owner graciously came over with four solar-powered lamps, but those were a bit spotty in their functionality and the yard could use about 4-6 additional. All in all, the location - walkable to everything - cottage itself, its furnishings, pool, and both front and back yards are lovely! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat - hopefully it’s available next time we are in town!"
