"Very disappointing stay. A sprinkler in the room was already damaged when I checked in. After I checked out, the manager charged my card $75 for the sprinkler damage that was clearly already there. When I called to dispute it, the manager wouldn’t resolve the issue. The hotel was also under construction with loud noise early in the morning and the room had dirty sheets and no do-not-disturb sign in addition to the sprinkler incident. Thankfully corporate was more understanding, but with so many other places to stay in the area, I’d recommend choosing somewhere else."

"It was a good place to stay and I would do it again. I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the access, up the stairs to a locked gate at the very top of the stairs with no landing. "

"A great house in a truly beautiful setting! Loved that the location was just a short walk from the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The house was comfortable and spacious. Our host Mike was very responsive. "

"We enjoyed our month long stay in Joe’s apartment. The location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere. Initial minor issues were quickly addressed & resolved. The shower was great. In situ washer & dryer was a huge plus. Upgrades to kitchen supplies & furnishings would be a welcome improvement but overall a very satisfying stay."
