Year Round Cottage on St Lawrence River
Waterfront Cottage for year round vacations with incredible entertaining kitchen and open concept. Summer spending time on the dock, relax around the Tiki Bar, swimming sandy bottom, docks for your watersports. The Outdoor shower is always enjoyable. Spring and Fall enjoying the outdoors with 1000 Island Parkway 10 minutes away, the St Lawrence Seaway and fishing. Winter enjoy a cozy home with hottub and always the most amazing views around our outdoor fire area. Additionally a separate insulated bunkie for office and small exercise area.
