We have operated this home on VRBO for 9 years, and we're very proud of our earned reviews left by our awesome guests. Not all homes in Suncadia are equal. We do not charge extra persons fees or a Daily Resort Fee, but our guests won't have access to the Suncadia pool or gym. You'll need to book with a management company for pool access.

We liked the home three years ago so we booked it again for our family reunion this year. There were 7 of us staying in the home. The kitchen & patio were a dream when we host dinner for all 22 of us. The well stocked kitchen was amazing. The garage with all of the toys was also amazing. The owner has thought of every little thing you might need.

Beautiful Suncadia home that lacks for nothing. Kitchen super equipped with everything one would need to cook gourmet meal. We went into Cle Elum to Owen’s Meats and bought a couple of Prime New York Steaks that we put on the barbe. Best steak I’ve ever had! Owners very responsive to a couple of questions we had. Would love to go back in the wintertime.

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing time in Suncadia with our group of adults and kids from both sides of Washington! We planned a few elaborate meals and brought utensils etc just in case they weren’t at the rental. EVERYTHING we could have needed and more was stocked! The game room was so fun for the kids and we loved using the bikes and sleds. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful Home in Private Setting!

We love Laurie & John's home in Suncadia. We've stayed at other homes, but we love this one the most! The home is immaculate and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Laurie & John are simply the best hosts and you can tell they want their guests to have a great time and enjoy their stay. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful home

Wonderful home on beautiful property! Large enough for a big family with a great kitchen with every thing you need and lots of places to sit also Hot tub was great to sit in out in the snow we used that several times. Beds were all very comfy also all in all great trip! Can’t wait to go again and will use this listing for sure.

The house is beautiful, warm, and relaxing. Everyone had a great time. The fire pit was everyone’s favorite part. It was a shame that we had to turn it off at 10pm but we understand the quiet time rules with neighbors so close. I wish there was snow.

Excellent home

Very clean property. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time playing ping pong and riding the bikes! The home is right next to the trail system which was super convenient and fun! We will definitely rent again!

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful experience at John and Laurie’s, staying two nights. It was a great place to stay with friends, and with each family having two young children, there was plenty of space for everyone and plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. The amazing kitchen with a dream oven/range make mealtimes especially fun. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was perfect for our large group - lots of room for all 12 of us. The kids loved the bunk bed in the loft. The game room and bikes were perfect! The kitchen, huge island and dining table had more than enough room for all of us. Great location on a quiet street right next to the trail. I hope we can stay here again!

Fabulous for a group

We are a family of 8 and loved the whole experience. Great house for hanging out. We loved biking the trails. The winery was incredible. Nearby lakes and hiking. We will be back!

Great place for family vacation!

This is a wonderful place for a family to gather! Although this house does not come with access to any of the Suncadia pools, the hosts have made up for it with 11 bikes (with assorted helmets of all sizes) on site and a really fun rec room with ping pong, shuffleboard, and other games and equipment. This house is very comfortable and well stocked. We hope to return next summer with our family group of 12! There was something for everyone, including our toddler.

All we needed for a getaway

The house was clean and included everything we needed. Little details like the party box, which we didn't use, and the blankets for getting cozy. Hot tub sits at night and then warming up next to the fire pit were so memorable.

Great Family Getaway!!

We arrived to a very clean and tidy vacation home. The kitchen and paper products were well stocked. The “info binder” was well organized with helpful ideas. The whole family enjoyed and found enough things to do in the area. The kitchen was fun to cook in. The main area was enjoyable. Jacuzzi and gas fireplace were highlights. We’d stay here again.

Summer stay in Suncadia

Had a great time. Property was as advertised. All very clean and no problems with anything. Enjoyed the privacy, the bikes, trails and more. Hot tub was clean and working properly. Patio are was a great place to enjoy the surroundings. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!
