Set on a spacious property just two hours from NYC, this modern 5-bedroom home offers a rare feature you won’t find elsewhere: your own private indoor pickleball court. Rain or shine, the game is always on.

But the fun doesn’t stop there. Wagar Haus is packed with amenities designed for connection and relaxation, including a heated pool, hot tub, game room, private movie room, and cozy indoor fireplace. Whether you're serving up a match, soaking in the spa, or gathering for movie night, there's something here for everyone.
