For shared use: property 4 ha with trees, meadow. Private: garden 400 m2 with wildlife garden and trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Salle des Sports" 2.6 km, sandy beach "Les Sables Blancs,Concarneau" 19 km. Sports harbour 21 km, golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 19 km, sailing school 19 km.
