"Property did not live up to expectations. Positives: great communication from owner, and we were allowed to check in early upon request. Also, fantastic location-close to Ellicotville Brewing. Negatives: condo is very outdated. And needs a deep cleaning, black mold in shower, cobwebs on bathroom door, register in bathroom is gross, stained old carpet, drying rack in kitchen has something growing on it. "This property has so much to do, you don't need to leave. We were there in August for 3 days. We were a family of 12 people. The kitchen was amazing with all the amenities you could imagine, and if you need anything, there is a Tops market about a mile away. We used the swimming pool, ping pong, air hockey, gas grill, fire pit, horse shoes, frisbee golf. So much to do. Spent a couple hours at Holiday valley, which is about a 5 minute drive. Also went to Griffis sculpture park. Great place to hike and see sculptures."
