Carley House Too is a lived-in, comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bath country home just outside Ellicottville — less than 10 minutes from Holiday Valley and Holimont. It sleeps up to 11 and has everything you need for a low-key group getaway, without the fuss.

Outside you'll find a covered deck, hot tub, firepit, horseshoes, and a BBQ grill. Propane and firewood are included. Inside, there's a game room with billiards, air hockey, foosball, tabletop video games, darts, and board games — perfect for a rainy afternoon or après-ski.
