Welcome to our beautiful, 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, almost 2,800 square foot home in the heart of Ellicottville. This is the perfect home for a relaxing getaway and extended stay.

Our home is just a few blocks from the center of Ellicottville town and numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutiques. Holiday Valley and Holimont ski resorts are less than a 5 minute drive.

This is a great place to relax, enjoy Ellicottville and all that the town has to offer!

The property is 1.2 miles way from Holiday Valley, a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the town of Ellicottville, and 1 mile away from Holimont.

Living Room: Cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, ample seating for guests and a Roku Smart TV. Wireless Internet is available throughout the entire space at no charge. There is also a dining table with seating for 7 guests.

Den: An additional area to gather and enjoy views of the backyard through sliding glass doors. This room has additional seating for guests, a wood-burning fireplace, as well as a TV to enjoy movies and DVDs on.

Kitchen: Large with ample cabinets and countertop space, with a full size appliances-stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans and cooking utensils are available. Cups, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses/wine opener are also included. There is a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Located on the second floor this bedroom has four Full size bunk beds. There is a TV, a closet and a dresser in the bedroom as well.

Bedroom 2: Located on the second floor this bedroom has a Queen size bed and a dresser.

Bedroom 3: Located on the second floor this bedroom has a Queen size bed and a closet.

Bedroom 4: Located on the second floor this bedroom has one Queen and one Full size bunk bed, dresser, and a closet.

There are extra blankets and pillows in each bedroom, as well as fans.

Bathrooms: The first floor has a half bathroom with a washer and dryer. The second floor bathroom has a stand up shower,. The full bathroom has all the necessities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, cotton balls, a hair dryer, towels and washcloths.

Outdoor Space: There is a deck off of the den with outdoor furniture. Guests have access to the yard as well as the driveway for parking of about four cars. No spaces are shared.

The house is two stories. All of the bedrooms and the full bathroom are on the second floor.

Guest access
Guests are allowed access to the entire home.

Please do not enter or park in the garage.

Please bring your own fire starter and logs for the fireplaces if you wish to use them.

After 10 guests it is an additional $50/night/adult.
