    This modern, multi-level condo offers a unique and comfortable layout with a striking spiral staircase connecting the two floors.

    -Relax by the cozy wood-burning fireplace in winter or stay cool with the AC unit in summer.
    -Sleeping arrangements include a queen Murphy bed and a queen sofa bed, sleeping four guests.
    -Entertainment provided by a 60" Smart TV.

    KITCHEN & DINING:

We had a wonderful stay in Ellicottville because of Renee's place! It was the perfect home base for a ski weekend. Great views of the hills at Holiday Valley, and a quick drive to all that town has to offer -- shops, restaurants, and good times! I highly recommend Renee's property.
