  • This incredible artic pine mountain lodge has it all. Falling Waters Lodge is an elegant & spacious 5,600 sq/ft, 5 bed, 5 bath property located on just over 3 acres of private, yet open countryside. The lodge is a true log cabin designed with custom windows and doors from Finland. The lodge combines spectacular mountain & lake front views with luxury comforts including 3 indoor fireplaces, a sauna, hot tub, game room & firepit. Try your luck fishing in the catch and release lake!

    You'll have the entire lodge to yourself! You can explore the 3+acres of property which include the barn bar. You can fish from the Falling Waters Lodge shore (catch and release) but sorry, no swimming or boating on the lake.

    Located just 12 minutes from downtown Ellijay and 90 minutes from Atlanta, the Falling Waters gated community is in the heart of North Georgia's apple orchards, and wineries. Falling Waters Lodge offers unsurpassed mountain & lakeside beauty.

    Although, close to Ellijay's restaurants and antique shops, you'll feel a world away from it all! It's the perfect place for couples, guy/girl weekends and family getaways. We know you will enjoy your stay and our goal is to make you come back!
