Let the good times continue onto the ULTIMATE outdoor area. Fully screened, the massive deck overlooks the Cartecay River. Midday naps on the swing, dinners at twilight, and late-night conversations can all be had while the river song plays.







River Time gives you that quiet mountain peace of mind while being close to so much of what North Georgia is known for! Gorgeous countryside, vineyards, and Apple houses dot the landscape.

River Time is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom cabin that sleeps four (4) and offers the following:



King master bedroom on the MAIN level with 38" Vizio Smart TV and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub 

King bedroom on the Main level with 38" Vizio Smart TV and barn door closure for en-suite experience 

Fully stocked gourmet chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances gas stove & double oven, drip coffee maker and Keurig, dishwasher, ice maker, crockpot, and plenty of counter space

Great room with ample seating and wood-burning fireplace (a starter bundle of firewood provided Oct 1 - Apr 1) & 55' Vizio Smart TV

Upper-level game room with foosball

Upper-level communal bathroom with tub/shower combo

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop,  internet, telephone for local calls and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include a $175 Cleaning Fee, a $65 Damage Protection Waiver, a processing fee, a guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
