“River Bend House” Beautiful 3/3 with Hot Tub right on the River! Amazing views!

Beautiful riverfront house on the Coosawattee River in Ellijay, GA. This home is 2 stories with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a hot tub! The first level has an indoor gas fireplace and a deck that spans the entire length of the house to sit on and enjoy the river and nature. The second level has a game room with foosball, an arcade game, and board games for some good family fun. In addition, the upper level has windows that span the entire length of the house to get some amazing views of one of the widest bends in the river in the area. There is also an outdoor gas grill if you want to cook out while enjoying the sounds of the water rushing by.

Included with your fees is access to certain amenities in the Coosawattee River Resort such as fishing at the stocked Beaver Lake pond, access to the parks inside, amongst others things.

You have the option to purchase a punch card to use to access other amenities in the area such as the gym, arcade room, basketball/tennis courts, mini golf, pools, etc... If interested in more information contact myself at least 1 week or more before your stay. Punch cards are $90/card and have 7 punch slots per card. Each punch slot gets up to 4 people into any 1 amenity for the entire day and you can use 2 punches per card per day.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, clean, and had all of the amenities we needed for our family. The river view is gorgeous! William was a great host and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Beautiful River House

This was an excellent place to stay and exactly as described. Everything was very clean and even more beautiful in person. Communication was quick. Neighborhood is massive but with nice amenities to enjoy. Definitely recommend staying here.

Coosawattee River

Would not recommend this house for anyone with issues of climbing stairs for access to the house. The are 34 steps and that is the only way to access the house. The location right on the Coosawattee River is beautiful.

Review of river house

Very nice home and was true to the pictures online, plenty of space in each of the rooms, and the porch view of the river was awesome.We had a little difficulty with directions, when we put the address in, it kept changing on our GPS. We cooked in so we would have liked more kitchen supplies with a working K cup coffee maker. Also, we would have liked better pillow options.Overall, we enjoyed our trip and relaxing in the living room in the evenings.

Breath Taking view of the River!

If you want serenity this is the place! We enjoyed the sound of the river, the hot tub on the balcony, feeding the deer, the game room was a plus! And everything about this place was accommodating! 5star rating!!! We will be back!!!!

Beautiful house right on the river

Our family loved staying in the coosawattee resort neighborhood. There is so much to do. We enjoyed the pool, pickleball, mini-golf and the game room at the recreation center and the riverside outdoor pool. At the house, we enjoyed the hot tub, fishing and wading in the river and the game room. The house was in a perfect location and we saw lots of deer and even a bear very close on our walk. The house was perfect for our family.

Great River Location

If you are wanting the full River experience, this house is for you. We brought kayaks and fishing poles, plenty of room for 4 cars and our cornhole boards. Loved the fire pit. The house offered everything we needed. We always enjoy having a dock. This house is not good for seniors due to the amount of stairs required to enter the house but it wasn’t a problem for us. We rent a house every year in Ellijay and this house has the best river location we have seen so far.

Peaceful Retreat

Three couples enjoyed the house and property. The house worked great for each couple having their own bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub worked great and the firepit was so enjoyable. Geese were migrating through and that was fun to watch. The house is far back in the neighborhood and the roads were such that we decided not to venture out at night which changed our plans and our food options. The host was a pleasure to communicate with and we will definitely try to come back.

A beautiful wedding weekend!

We stayed in the Riverbend property for our son's wedding weekend. My family was visiting from Puerto Rico and Florida and stayed with us. The house was beautiful, very clean and comfortable for all of us. We lived the view of the river and the sound of the water. We also enjoyed watching the deer. The location of this house is perfect. We could squeeze moments of quietness in between all the wedding activity. William was very attentive and responsive. This house was perfect for a special weekend for our family.

Kindness

I had originally booked my trip the weekend that hurricane Helene hit. I didn’t take out insurance at that time. I asked if I could reschedule the trip for a later date because of the hurricane. I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem! I was shown kindness. They could’ve just said.. I’m sorry you didn’t take out the insurance, so it’s not my problem!! I very much appreciate this understanding and kindness! The house is beautiful and very clean and we enjoyed our stay!!Thank you☺️

Great home and location

We are a family of four. Mom and dad and two teen boys. The location was beautiful. The river provided plenty of opportunity for exploring, short/gentle tubing, and a great place to cool off. We saw some large fish, but we didn’t fish. The home was very nice inside with plenty of room. We took full advantage of the hot tub, the arcade game, the board games, and puzzles. The use of the community center was also easily accessible. It takes a few minutes to get from the gate to the residence and vice versa, and I would definitely recommend using maps or other driving app when traversing through the property b/c you can get lost and it is a big property. There is plenty to do locally. We did zip lining, atv’s, the Bigfoot museum (fun for a distraction), the pinball museum, antique stores, apple orchids, and restaurants which were all easily accessible. And, Helen, GA was about an 1 and 15 minutes away. You can also go to Chattanooga, which we have done I the past (about 2 hours away). I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely go back.
