Watersong Falls is a professionally managed luxury home located in the upscale Watersong community near Ellijay, Georgia. This custom-built retreat sits directly on a private rushing waterfall, offering scenic views and tranquil sounds from inside the home, screened porches, patio, fire pit, and hot tub.

Managed by Mountain Vibe Vacations, the property combines modern mountain design, generous space, and premium amenities ideal for families and groups seeking comfort, privacy, and natural surroundings.

Spring Break in the Mountains

We had two families stay for a total of 9 people and there plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view of the creek, the bar downstairs and the large community space. There is plenty to do for everyone and the host was fantastic. We hope to come back again very soon.

Wonderful spring break

We e had a lovely stay here for spring break. The creek out back was a huge hit with my kids, while the beautiful porches and hot tub were perfection for the adults. We had a few very minor things come up during our stay and the host was so prompt and pleasant making everything just right for us. The house is really beautiful and close to so many things. We’re already discussing when we can stay here next.

30, Flirty, & Thriving Birthday Weekend

I chose this location because it was perfect for a communal birthday weekend with friends and family. The waterfall was soothing with multiple rooms to enjoy it from. The home was just gorgeous and I did not want to leave. The kitchen was perfect for elegant communal meals.

Amazing Views and Amazing Property!

Our large group had a wonderful time at Watersong Falls. The view is unbelievable and the house is immaculate. We had a range of kids between two families, with plenty of space for all. They enjoyed the hammocks and pool table. I enjoyed the neighborhood hiking trail for an early morning outing. Highly recommend booking this cabin for your stay! We will certainly be back.

Mountain Dream!

Another amazing holiday spent in such a beautiful cabin! Mountain Vibe Vacations is always so wonderful to book through and the entire process is always such a breeze! The private waterfall in the back was a dream to wake up to every morning, and the Christmas Tree was such a nice touch! Thank you for allowing us to relax and rejuvenate and we can't wait to come back!

Mountain Relaxation

We just returned from a week at Watersong Falls and can’t wait to go back! The house is gorgeous with such pretty views. It was really nice sitting on the screened deck reading with the water sounds in the background. The neighborhood is super quiet, which was also wonderful.

This was my second stay at the property. My friend's and I had a terrific time. The home is spacious, clean, and professionally decorated. The view of the waterfall is spectacular. We plan to return again next year.

Tranquil weekend getaway

Invited my cousins up since we have not seen each other in 20yrs. They were very taken by the house and the amenities. Of course the Davenport river was a huge therapeutic experience that made the stay even more memorable for my family!

We loved our stay at Watersong. I slept ever night with the door cracked so I could hear the waterfall. The kids loved the downstairs area and they loved climbing around at the waterfall. They home is beautifully decorated and very clean. We can't wait till we can come visit again.

Breath-taking waterfalls !

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Watersong Falls! The property was very clean and modern with plenty of room for our family of 11, and we had everything we needed. But the water falls are the biggest asset. They are clearly visible from all the main rooms and decks, and their wonderful sound is predominant outside. We enjoyed our daily hikes down to the base of the falls.

Gorgeous, Spacious Home

We had a trip here with extended family, four couples and four children total. The space and layout were great for everyone to spread out and have plenty of room! Love that each bedroom had a dedicated bathroom. The house was gorgeous and new, and very clean - and very bug-free, which is important to us and sometimes hard to find in the mountains. We had a great time and the house was equipped with pretty much everything we needed for our stay!

Perfect Place for a Gathering of Friends

We met up with college friends for a three-night reunion at beautiful Watersong Falls. It was the perfect location - just a few minutes from the town of Ellijay, convenient to grocery stores, several great thrift stores, and lots of wonderful downtown shops. We had a delicious lunch at The Roof Restaurant and enjoyed walking around the town. We arrived at the amazing home - modern and welcoming and with all the amenities one could wish for - screen porch, fireplaces, a pool table, a hot tub, a fire pit - just to name a few. The beautiful private waterfalls and deep pools on East Mountaintown Creek provided some fun catch and release fishing. It is a truly beautiful place! The owners have thought of, and provided, everything you need for an amazing stay!

Beautiful home with spectacular view

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights, and we had a wonderful time. The house is gorgeous, and the view of the waterfall is even more amazing. There is a lovely path down to the waterfall with ropes that you can hold onto if you need and stone steps all the way down. This made it possible for me to walk down to the waterfall and enjoy it close-up, even with my bad knee (along with a cane, it was very doable). I am incredibly grateful to still be able to have this experience as my knee generally does not allow me to take the types of hikes I would need to take to get to experience such a view. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!
