"We stayed for 4 nights in September. The ocean front cottage is very private and the ocean view was beautiful from the sunroom, the open deck and the master bedroom! We so enjoyed the ocean waves while falling asleep and the early morning sunrise through the large master bedroom windows. A serene respite for sure. The property management was awesome before, during and even after our stay. They kept us informed of the details necessary for our stay and even reached out several times just making sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. They were ready to help if we had any concerns! We would love to stay here again someday!"

"We had the most incredible stay at this Cape Cod beach house! The location alone is unbeatable—the private beach access is just steps away, making it so convenient for families with kids.The home itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels high-end, from the appliances to the smart systems (the in-wall vacuum was such a cool touch!). The bathrooms and showers are gorgeous, and the bunk room was an absolute dream for the kids—tons of space and so much fun. We were also amazed at how well-stocked the house is for little ones, which made traveling as a family so much easier.Our host went above and beyond—so welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. Each evening, we gathered around the fire pit on the beach, making memories that we know will last a lifetime. If you are looking to be in a quiet location with your family and avoid the cape bridge traffic - this is your place! We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back. "This house has a great location and an amazing view. The deck and family room look out to the water and provide great views of the sunrise. Our family used it as a perfect launch point for day trips to Plymouth, Cape Cod (all the way to Provincetown and Martha's Vineyards) and to Boston and Salem. The property is good sized and comfortably fit our family of 6 adults. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have views of the water. The property has an old coastal charm. The deck was very large and was a perfect place to have morning coffee or a meal. The yard has a stairwell down to the rocky shore, but it was currently closed off. The house is on a hilly shore and there is a fairly steep paved drive you need to walk up and down to get to the house from the street. Additionally, the internal stairwell is a tight stairway that you need to climb to get to the kitchen and living space. The decor is comfortable but not fancy. It was a perfect place for our family vacation."
