Stayed 2 nights. Found the mattress and pillows were a bit too soft. Prefer more structured pillow. Mattress was bouncy and too soft. Other than that, room was clean & tidy. No issues with anything else.

Affordable rooms. I wish a quick breakfast was more available even if I did have to pay; I didn’t have time for a restaurant-style breakfast with uncertain service. I don’t think high expectations apply to lower-priced rooms, but I think some level of care is appropriate: I was disappointed that the staff couldn’t even provide me with cutlery or a plate to use in my room. Pool was fun for kids.

They gave us , 2 seniors carrying our luggage, a room literally at the far end of the building and told us to use the front door at the reception area. This is a very long walk. Next morning no bfast because the cook was running late. Meanwhile there were 3 people standing around at the front desk. Teamwork people!!!

Key cards would reset constantly....sink was clogged even after having someone de-clog which was uncomfortable and inconvenient. Bedding was smelly and there was no replenish of fresh towels or toiletries. Very disappointing

Property was easy to enter with multiple entry. Room was made up clean but looking under chair cushion for change that dropped we discovered crumbs and pieces of crackers. Restaurant did not open on the Saturday we were there and the Sunday ordered a coffee to start which took 15 minutes and received a water instead. Staff was great at first but upon discovering an additional $75 charge on my card when called for clarification "joe" told me to dispute with my bank and hung up on me. Location though was great as their restaurant was a failure there were a lot of home style cafe nearby.

The room itself was not bad at all. Nice dresser, nice television, very comfortable bed. Nice pillows lighting was adequate and the staff were friendly. The exterior of the property needs some work the shrubs, the gardens, the trees, and a 101 million cigarette butts. The pool was very nice. The person maintaining the pool was very nice to maintenance man. We’re all factor one through 10. I would give it a seven.

This place is ridiculously understaffed. I went through EIGHT keys to find one that actually worked. This, after the front desk person told me nothing was wrong with the one(s) I had. Bathroom in lobby had no toilet paper. Front desk person told me that the reason I didn't have internet was because my room was out of range. Awful

The room was dirty and unkept. It looked like someone else had stayed there already and the bed was remade. The toilet wasn’t clean and there were many hairs on the towels even though they were folded. We ultimately left and stayed at a different hotel because it was not sanitary.

After one night did not service my room. I had a broken coffee pot. I had one towel in my room. I asked for another towel and never got it. Was so happy to leave this hotel. Dirty. Disgusting pool on the side.
