Nice hotel that is right off the freeway. The rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, and the hot breakfast was a good way to start the day. Horseheads is a small town, so don't expect much of the surroundings.

Staff was very welcoming and very quick to let us know if there was anything we needed just to let them know, Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable had a great night sleep. The buffet breakfast was great my only complaint was that there were no sausage or bacon but we left full and satisfied. I would definitely stay there again also on a side note I’m not sure what lotion they have in the bathroom but it is wonderful wish I knew what it was

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to make our family stay easier. The only issue was boiled eggs for breakfast, however there was other items to make up for it. Like waffles.
