No parties or get togethers. Strict 10 person limit. NO PETS of any kind. Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in/on property. park only on driveway/gravel.
please bag all garbage in white drawstring bags under sink and place inside garbage bins on side of house. NO LOOSE GARBAGE. No garbage inside house.
Fireplace use will incur a $300 cleaning fee. Sauna use is available for duration of trip for a $300 cleaning fee. Loose garbage in bins =$150 fee.
