"Great to see this old Route 66 motel still in operation. The rooms are much nicer than the outside suggests. Areas in need of improvement include the outside appearance and the service. On the outside give the building some needed repairs and a new paint job, plant a few trees and plant a cactus garden! "I really like this motel. It’s my third stay. It is very basic, but the price is right and it is conveniently off Rte 40. It is funky, 50s or 60s vintage, no frills, a little shabby, but clean and comfortable. The parking is right in front of the rooms, which not always the case and it is all ground floor.
