"Checking in, staff said couldn’t find reservations and basically walked away and left us standing there after we showed them the reservation, receipt of payment and itinerary number. Thankfully a manager happened walk up, heard our frustration and found the reservation immediately. We had traveled from Texas to New York so we were fairly panicked. After the manager got us set up everything went smoothly. The hotel lobby is beautiful."

"Overall our one night stay was great! Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Only issue was the pool. No towels were there for us to use and when I asked front desk staff for some, I was told she would bring them down but never did. Also the pool had a lot of hair in it. We kept pulling it out of the water off our skin which was kinda gross. We were still overall happy with our stay!"
