"There is a digital check in at the property, no front desk staff. Check in is a bit confusing but be sure to check your hotel confirmation email for check out procedures (I didn't). The negatives were that the Como Bar (advertised as closing at 1am every day) was never open, there were never any staff in reception, there was a vending machine that served basic food and soft and alcoholic drinks but only took cash, the wifi password supplied on our invoice was blank but did not work, and when we emailed the hotel asking about the bar and wifi, they did not...
