Welcome to our luxurious holiday apartment in the heart of Eltville am Rhein!



Spanning over 105 m², this stylishly furnished apartment offers premium amenities and exceptional comfort for families, groups of friends, and business travelers alike. Located in a modern newly built property, the apartment impresses with its high-quality construction and exclusive living atmosphere. Designed in a modern Boho style, the apartment combines light-colored furnishings, natural wood finishes, and Mediterranean-inspired décor to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



The apartment features a total of 4 rooms, including 3 comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with premium queen-size box-spring beds, while the third bedroom offers a spacious king-size box-spring bed. The open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen invites you to cook, relax, and spend time together. For entertainment, the living room includes a large 65-inch TV with cable channels and Netflix. Thanks to its spacious layout, the apartment is ideal for families with children.



A special highlight is the terrace designed as a summer garden with flexible closable windows – perfect for cozy evenings all year round.



For business travelers or remote work, a fully equipped workspace is available in the large bedroom, including a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and a height-adjustable desk.

The holiday apartment is centrally located at Wörthstraße 45 in Eltville am Rhein – in the heart of the beautiful Rheingau region. Thanks to the direct proximity to the train station, you can easily reach Wiesbaden, Mainz, or Frankfurt while still enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of a charming wine town.



Just a few minutes away, the picturesque Rhine promenade, cozy wine taverns, cafés, and restaurants invite you to relax and unwind. Eltville is well known for its historic old town, romantic alleyways, and attractions such as the Electoral Castle (“Kurfürstliche Burg”) and the many wineries throughout the region.



Getting Around:

Nature and wine lovers will also find plenty to enjoy: Around Eltville, you will discover beautiful hiking and cycling trails along the Rhine River and through the surrounding vineyards.
