"The property and the surrounding area and grounds are really special; the accommodations, the staff and breakfast were all wonderful - exceeding our expectations! "When i arrive the hotel staff was normal customer service. Then they are charged me extra for my boyfriend, and they not giving me receipt. At that point, also they are charging for the parking and tv. I have to parking my rental vehicle on the street, They don’t have on the air condition, I have really bad sleep in that hotel. I requested them to turn on the AC and they say we has to leave the window open. All the time and we did. We don’t have choice. The bugs was enter to the room. it was to humid for me, the weather. maybe for them is ok but not for the guests, then the next day we getting the breakfast and the host mentioned where was the third guest. And we tell them we are only 2 guests and she say we have registered 3 guests. So that’s mean they charge me and extra and I think the price was to high for the quality off the hotel and service they provide. I think the only person was nice and kind and that hotel was the cleaning lady. If you ask me to recommend this hotel I would say no no no recommend for tourists maybe for local people"
