"Yes but the staff were not very customer friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable. When we checked out no questions asked how was your stay my husband asked where to leave the keys she said just there. Not acceptable we came all the way from London. It was suppose to be igh hotel. We would like a refund "
"So much character, a really charming hotel. Staff are so attentive and reception were so welcoming and helpful. Room is big and everything you need! Location was also perfect. Breakfast buffet was delicious, really fresh produce and variety. Cocktail were also great, just maybe a little slow. Bed was sooo comfy as well! Overall, a really really wonderful stay. Would 1000% recommend, and will be back !! "
"We all loved staying at the hotel, it was clean and great relaxed atmosphere.
We stayed in a suite and whilst it was lovely and big and clean a few things needed attention! Door handle on toilet door was half hanging off, toilet flush was loose and the jacuzzi bath plug never worked, so therefore the water kept emptying away. Balcony could have done with a clean too.
The only other problem is the hotel does not really cater for people that are gluten free!
Could not have sausages, Hash browns at Breakfast! The first morning I was offered gluten free toast but the second morning they had none left!
I was only offered gluten free cereal on the second morning it is not out with the normal cereals!
Dinner choice was also disappointing for choice, I did have the pork belly which was very tasty but not very big for the price!
Overall the hotel is very nice and we would definitely go back for sure"
"The room had potential to be very nice, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing. On top of that, the kitchen, one cupboard was missing a handle, and another wouldn’t close properly. The bathroom itself is modern and features a spacious shower, but it hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the shower gel was nearly empty. The location isn’t very convenient unless you have a car, although there is a lovely coffee shop nearby, a couple of restaurants, and a supermarket."
